About the Role \n

We are seeking enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators (minimum Diploma-qualified) to join our dynamic Lane Cove team. Permanent positions are available in both a full-time and part-time capacity, commencing as soon as possible. For part-time candidates, the required shift pattern is Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities \n

• Creating engaging learning experiences: Designing and implementing play-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.
\n
• Ensuring child safety and well-being: Prioritising children's safety and health, and maintaining a clean and stimulating environment.
\n
• Building strong relationships: Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
\n
• Supporting children's development: Guiding children's growth in all areas of development, from physical to social-emotional.
\n
• Contributing to a positive team culture: Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and continuously improve practices.
\n
• Adhering to regulatory requirements: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
\n

Requirements & Selection Criteria \n

\n
• Education & Pedagogy: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher), with demonstrated expertise in preschool programming and a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
\n
• Child Safety Commitment: Demonstrated understanding of, and explicit commitment to child safety principles and children’s rights in early childhood settings by providing evidence of your completed Child Safety training.
\n
• WWCC Details : Applicants must provide a valid Working With Children Check Clearance (WWCC) number and date of birth.
\n
