About the role:
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to own demand generation and lifecycle marketing for our partner channels. You'll build and run always-on and campaign-based marketing activity in HubSpot, working closely with our Partnerships, Broker/Dealer Channel, and Sales teams to grow qualified pipeline and deepen engagement with existing partners.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can build campaigns end-to-end in HubSpot: segmentation, automation, email, landing pages, reporting, and attribution, and who's comfortable operating in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment.

What You'll Do:

• Own and operate HubSpot as the core B2B marketing platform: workflows, sequences, lead scoring, list segmentation, and CRM hygiene

• Design and execute lifecycle nurture programs for broker, dealer, and partner audiences, from acquisition through activation and reactivation

• Build campaign assets (email, landing pages, forms) and manage multi-touch campaign calendars aligned to partner and sales priorities

• Partner with Sales and Partnerships leads to define target segments, messaging, and MQL/SQL definitions, and track handoff quality

• Report on funnel performance and campaign ROI, using HubSpot analytics and dashboards to inform ongoing optimisation

• Manage marketing automation for partner onboarding, product updates, and channel communications

• Work with Content and Design to develop B2B-specific collateral (one-pagers, case studies, partner decks, EDMs)

• Support broker and dealer channel growth initiatives, including tiering, incentive comms, and event/webinar promotion

• Maintain data integrity and integration health between HubSpot and other systems (CRM, BI tools)

• Identify and test new B2B channels and tactics to diversify pipeline beyond existing partner relationships

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry

• Proven hands-on experience running B2B marketing programs in HubSpot or similar, including workflow automation, lead scoring, and reporting

• Strong grasp of B2B funnel mechanics: MQL/SQL definitions, lead nurture, sales handoff, and pipeline attribution

• Experience marketing to channel partners, brokers, dealers, or intermediaries (highly regarded)

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Product stakeholders

• Data-literate: confident building and reading dashboards, drawing insight from campaign and funnel data

• Excellent written communication; able to write and brief campaign copy independently

• A bias to execution: this role builds campaigns, it doesn't just brief them

• Driven, ambitious, and a self-starter who problem-solves to get outcomes, not just tasks done

• AI-curious, actively using tools like Claude or other AI skills to automate workflows and improve the quality and speed of your output

• Experience in a lean, fast-paced team where autonomy and ownership are expected

Nice to Have:

• Experience with broker or dealer channel marketing specifically

• Familiarity with NCCP-regulated lending products or other regulated financial services marketing

• Experience with Braze, Salesforce, or similar complementary CRM/automation platforms
