We are looking for a capable and proactive Office Manager to take charge of the day-to-day running of our office, overseeing administrative processes, resources, and staff. This full-time role offers a salary of $75,000-$85,000 AUD per annum, based on experience.

Key responsibilities

Help shape and review how office services are delivered, setting clear priorities and service benchmarks
\n
Manage the allocation of staff, workspace, and equipment to meet operational needs
\n
Delegate tasks across the team and keep track of individual and overall performance
\n
Oversee the office's financial records and general record-keeping
\n
Act as the main point of contact with professional staff to keep business running smoothly and help sort out any operational issues that arise
\n
Keep office equipment in good working order and make sure supplies are always stocked
\n
Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety standards
\n
Keep office operations aligned with current laws, company policy, and procedural requirements
\n
Handle key HR functions including recruitment, promotions, staff reviews, payroll processing, and training
\n
About you
\n
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an office management or senior administrative role
\n
A relevant qualification in business, administration, or management or equivalent
\n
Strong planning and organisational abilities
\n
Working knowledge of workplace health and safety obligations
\n
Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
\n
Comfortable using office software and managing records/financial systems
\n
