Southern Ocean Lodge is seeking a full time Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team and bring creativity and precision to every sweet element of the guest experience.
Working alongside the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team, you will produce desserts, petit fours, breads and pastries for an all inclusive dining program that showcases the very best of Kangaroo Island produce. This is a rare opportunity to work in a small, considered kitchen where quality always comes before volume.
This is a residential role based on Kangaroo Island, with accommodation and meals provided.
