Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead the operational success of one of our flagship showrooms while delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives brand advocacy and sales performance.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead & Inspire

• Create a positive, high-performing showroom culture where team members feel empowered to succeed.
• Coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead by example, fostering collaboration, engagement and operational excellence.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

• Guide customers through a consultative and educational purchasing journey.
• Build meaningful relationships with consumers, architects, designers, developers and retail partners.
• Create memorable showroom experiences that drive brand advocacy and sales outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to grow direct-to-consumer engagement and revenue.

Bring the Showroom to Life

• Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest premium standard.
• Manage displays, merchandising, bookings, installations and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee product launches and create inspiring product showcases that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Plan and host exclusive events, product launches, training sessions and cooking demonstrations.
• Collaborate with chefs, industry professionals and brand partners to create unique experiences.
• Develop an engaging events calendar that keeps customers and partners connected to our brands.

Drive Business Performance

• Monitor showroom results, customer insights and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage CRM activities and ensure every customer enquiry receives outstanding follow-up.
• Use data and insights to continually improve customer experience, showroom performance and sales outcomes.

About You

You are an experienced showroom or retail leader who combines strong commercial insight with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will bring:

• Minimum 3 yearsexperience in showroom management.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated sales focus with a results-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
• Food Safety Supervisor certification.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent industry experience.

Highly Regarded

• Previous experience leading a small team.
• Passion for food, wine and cooking.
• Exposure to the Architecture and Interior Design industry.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of premium kitchen appliance brands and the broader market.
