At Kirinari, we deliver person-centred, therapeutic supports that empower people with disability to live the life they choose.
We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.
You won't simply be completing tasks.
You’ll be part of a therapeutic support model that focuses on:
Every interaction is an opportunity to support a participant to build confidence, develop skills, increase independence and achieve personal outcomes.
Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach you will:
