An opportunity to join our team has become available in our Gold Coast office. Reporting to the Logistics manager you will be tasked with supporting accurate customer order processing, efficient freight coordination, cold store communication, invoice checking, claims follow-up, and operational reporting. The role helps ensure customer orders are delivered on time, in full, correctly invoiced, and supported by accurate documentation across transport, cold store, supplier, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities \n

Support accurate processing of customer orders in external cold store and retailer portals.

\n

Coordinate transport bookings through approved portals, systems, and carrier processes.

\n

Assist with accurate invoicing through external portals, including major retailer requirements.

\n

Complete invoice cross-checking for transport, cold store, and supplier charges.

\n

Create SSCC labels and manage order acceptance requirements for major retail customers.

\n

Sign off transport, cold store, and supplier invoices in line with internal approval processes.

\n

Maintain cold store stock-on-hand reporting, including weekly SOH reporting for stock reconciliation.

\n

Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, external cold stores, transport providers, suppliers, sales teams, and customers.

Required Skills and Experience \n

Experience in logistics, customer service, supply chain administration, warehouse coordination, or a similar operational support role.

\n

Strong attention to detail when processing orders, invoices, labels, claims, and stock records.

\n

Confident use of customer portals, transport booking systems, cold store systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications.

\n

Clear written and verbal communication skills with customers, suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams.

\n

Ability to prioritise urgent delivery, stock, invoicing, and claims issues in a fast-paced environment.

\n

Understanding of chilled, frozen, or foodservice supply chain requirements is desirable.
