The primary role is to ensure ERP and related systems are fully supported and maintained, while maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and integrity at all times. Create and maintain documentation and provide training
You will be reporting to the Head of IT, and your key responsibilities will entail the following not limited to,
Monitor helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot, and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
Administer and maintain ERP system and associated applications.
Provide technical support for printers, handheld devices, and other hardware.
Translate technical requirements into solutions to meet business objectives with regards to the ERP system.
Administer user accounts and access to ERP, ICS and related systems.
Develop workflows for improved business efficiency.
Testing and implementation of new systems or features.
Implement, maintain, and continuously monitor high level of system security including regular audits.
Promptly report any data security concerns or data breeches and assist with rectification of security issues.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to relevant staff for new and existing systems.
Identify & act on issues that affect the implementation of OHS, EEO principles, and ethical practices.
Design, document, troubleshoot, and test ERP processes, integrations and customisations.
Liaise with other departments and users to have a better understanding of their needs and priorities.
Custom report writing, updates and changes as required.
Support and manage existing and new EDI integrations.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
