We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Department at our Brisbane CBD Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talent acquisition specialist who excels in candidate sourcing, direct headhunting and talent pooling, and enjoys building strong pipelines of high-calibre talent for current and future business needs.

About You

\n

This is a highly proactive recruitment role, with a strong focus on sourcing passive candidates, building talent communities and reducing reliance on traditional job advertising.

\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n

\n
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across a variety of professional and corporate roles.
\n
• Strong candidate sourcing, headhunting and talent pooling experience, with a track record of engaging high-calibre passive candidates.
\n
• A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with and influence hiring managers.
\n
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
\n
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
\n
• Current unrestricted working rights in Australia.
\n
• The ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check.
\n
