You’ll be the steady, detail‑driven operator who ensures our financial processes run smoothly across AP, AR, cash management, and system integrations.

Finance Operations — Process AP/AR transactions, supplier invoices, credit card reconciliations, and track jobs ready for invoicing.
Stakeholder & Escalation Management — Resolve AP/AR queries by working directly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation — Reconcile cash receipts, manage unallocated funds, input fixed asset disposals, and prepare data for external accountants.
Systems Management — Support and maintain integrations between Simpro/Service Titan and Xero to ensure clean, accurate financial data.
Ad‑hoc Analysis — Assist the Finance Manager with projects, investigations, and improvement initiatives.
Degree in finance or similar, CA or CPA qualified is advantageous.
Strong computer literacy — MS/Google Suite, job management systems (Simpro preferred), and Xero.
Experience in AP/AR or a similar finance role.
Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and exceptional attention to detail.
Confident communication and a customer‑service mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Internal: Finance Manager, Accounts Team, operational leaders, customer service/operations teams.
External: Vendors/suppliers, clients, and the company’s external accounting firm.
Accurate, timely AP/AR processing oversight and month‑end inputs.
Reduced debtor days and fast resolution of financial escalations.
Smooth, error‑free data flow between Simpro/Service Titan and Xero.
Strong compliance with financial and WHSE policies.
