Own campaigns, digital and CRM and see your results in the sales pipeline

Hands‑on role with real ownership
You will turn strategy into activity and activity into results. Working with the Head of Marketing, you will run marketing activity across every brand and branch, generate and nurture leads, build the customer database into a genuine sales asset and manage suppliers. It is a hands‑on role in a small team and requires a mix of general marketing duties including copy writing, building emails and landing pages and launching campaigns and briefing our Graphic Designer and suppliers/printers.
Lead generation across paid search, paid social, email and web, with routing and follow‑up alongside the sales team
Campaigns for new machine launches, finance offers and stock clearance and regional branch activity
The customer database and lifecycle marketing: segmentation, automated journeys, service reminders, parts promotions and rental offers
Service, Parts and Rentals marketing, planned with the managers who run those businesses
Website content, landing pages, SEO and SEM
OEM marketing programs: launch kits, co‑branded campaigns and co‑op funding for the brands we represent
Trade shows, field days and demo days, with leads captured and followed up
5 or more years in marketing, including at least 2 years running campaigns end to end, from plan to execution and reporting
B2B experience in a sales‑led business where marketing is judged on leads and pipeline, with orders signed the true measure of performance
Hands‑on digital capability across paid search, paid social, email, landing pages and analytics
CRM and marketing automation experience: you have built segments, workflows and reports in HubSpot or a comparable platform
Experience managing suppliers, and holding them to account
Strong writing: you can produce clear, persuasive copy
A current driver's licence and the ability to get to branches, customer sites and events
Experience in heavy equipment, construction, agricultural, mining, truck or automotive dealerships, or another industrial B2B sector
Dealer, franchise or OEM co‑op marketing, or marketing for a multi‑branch business
HubSpot Marketing Hub, WordPress / WooCommerce, Google Ads or Meta certifications
Trade show delivery and confident use of AI tools to plan, draft and analyse
Ownership and execution, the results are yours to run
Variety of work: machine launches, campaigns, trade shows, digital and CRM MGMT
