Settify, an AI-backed technology, helps legal clients in preparing and presenting their personal stories effectively. Whether someone is navigating a family matter or planning a will, taking the first step can feel daunting. Settifyhelps clients share their story through guided online questions, in their own time. Lawyers arrive at the first meeting with the details they need, ready to focus on the person in front of them. Integrations with practice management software cut down on repeat data entry. What you'll do

\n

We'rebuilding the next generation ofSettify, evolving our productusingnew technologiesand new AI capabilities. You'llwork closely with developers to shape how we build,deployand run it, with ownership of our AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

\n

You'llbringSettifyto new regions and help developers release changes with confidence.

\n

You'llgive the team a clearer view ofwhat'shappening in production, including how LLM features perform.

\n

To make this happen you will:

\n

\n
• Own and manageour AWS infrastructure.Use infrastructure as code to manage networking, compute,databasesand queues, and keep cloud costs sensible.
\n
• TakeSettifyto new regions.Set up regional environments that are straightforward to deploy, configure andmaintain.
\n
• Make deployments easier.Improve CI/CD pipelines so developers can build, test and release changes with confidence, and roll back when needed.
\n
• Make problems easier to spot and fix.Set up useful logs, metrics, traces and alerts, and work with developers to troubleshoot production issues.
\n
• Support LLM features.Set up model access,tracingand evaluation pipelines so developers can test prompt and model changes and see how they perform in production.
\n
• Keep customer data secure.Manage permissions, secrets,encryptionand backups as part of everyday operations.
\n
• Cut down on manual work.Build tools, automate repetitivetasksand write clear documentation. Contribute to application code where it makes development and deployment easier.

What you'll bring

\n

\n
• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, platform or infrastructure engineering.
\n
• AWS preferred, relevant AWS services include EC2, Lambda, SQS, RDS and DynamoDB.
\n
• VPC networking, IAM, access controls and secrets management.
\n
• Docker; ECS or Kubernetes (including EKS).
\n
• CDK or Terraform; CI/CD pipelines, automated testing,deploymentsand rollbacks.
\n
• Datadog, Grafana/Prometheus or CloudWatch; alerts, productiontroubleshootingand on-call support.
\n
• TypeScript/Node.js or Python; writing tools,testingand code review.
\n

• LLM services:Amazon Bedrock or similar; API integration, rate limits, retries and timeouts.
\n
• LLM observability and evaluation:Langfuseor similar; tracing, token usage, cost and latency monitoring, and evaluation pipelines.

• Regional deployments:Setting up and deploying applications in new cloud regions.
\n
• Developer tooling:Tools and scripts that make local setup,testingand deployments easier.
\n
• Product engineering:Shipping application features; SaaS,LegalTechor early-stage team experience.

• Product observability and analytics:PostHogor similar.
