About Your Role

• Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children's learning, development and school readiness.
\n
• Create engaging play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
\n
• Observe, assess and document children's learning and progress.
\n
• Lead and support educators within the room to achieve positive outcomes for children.
\n
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
\n
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
\n

Requirements

About You

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent, as approved by ACECQA.If you are halfway through your degree, or already have an Early Childhood Diploma and willing to obtain a Bachelor degree, we can work with that!
\n
• Completed Accredited Child Protection Training (Mandatory)
\n
• Deep understanding of current early childhood education practices, legislation, and child development.
\n
• Blue Card (Child Related Employment).
\n
• First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
\n
• Right to work in Australia.
\n

ECT role in a small boutique, well-resourced, three room, 44-place centre. Supportive team, great mentorship & paid First Aid/Blue Card.
