Senior Delivery Lead

The Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for leading assigned functional streams and Feature Teams within the Civica Ensure platform transformation program. You'll be accountable for delivering agreed business outcomes within scope, quality and project timelines while providing leadership across business, technical and vendor stakeholders.

Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs and third-party partners, you'll drive Agile delivery practices, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of new platform capabilities.

What will you do?

• Lead assigned functional streams, module implementations and Feature Teams to deliver project outcomes on time and within scope.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritise backlogs, refine user stories and manage delivery against business priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning sessions, stand-ups, showcases, retrospectives, workshops and reviews.
• Monitor delivery performance, proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build strong relationships across internal teams, vendors and external partners to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Support testing, implementation planning, business readiness, go-live activities and post-implementation support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help build Agile capability across the organisation.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years' experience as a Delivery Manager/ Lead, Project Manager or similar leadership role within Agile environments.
• Proven experience leading complex projects, Feature Teams and cross-functional delivery team.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, SMEs and third-party vendors.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Civica Ensure platform experience is highly regarded.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile qualifications.
• Experience within Private Health Insurance or other regulated industries.
