APS4 Participant Support Officer \n

We are seeking APS4 Participant Support Officers to join our client in a busy, participant-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration, communication and stakeholder engagement skills who enjoys making a positive difference.

The Role \n

As an APS4 Participant Support Officer, you will work within a collaborative team to manage participant-related enquiries, administrative tasks and allocated workflows. This role is initally a 6 month temp contract with a view to extension.

Key responsibilities include \n

• Managing allocated workloads and competing priorities.
\n
• Conducting desktop reviews and accurately entering information into relevant systems.
\n
• Making outbound calls to participants, providers and other stakeholders.
\n
• Responding to enquiries and providing clear and professional advice.li>
\n
• Managing and resolving moderately complex participant matters.
\n
• Reviewing information and applying relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines.
\n
• Escalating complex matters to senior team members when required.
\n
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
\n
• Supporting research, analysis, reporting and process improvement activities.
\n
• Working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team environment.
\n
