Our people are at the heart of that growth—and now we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to help us find the next generation of Smart Energy superstars.

About The Role

This is a fast-paced, end-to-end internal recruitment role where the people you hire will directly support the continued growth of our national sales business.

You’ll recruit across our 18 offices, sourcing and engaging everyone from energetic, entry-level Lead Generators through to future Sales Specialists and leaders.

You’ll own your recruitment pipeline, partner closely with hiring managers and move great candidates quickly from application to interview, offer and onboarding.

This role would suit an experienced recruiter who loves high-volume sales recruitment—or a confident sales professional ready to move into talent acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing

• Play a crucial part in our growth by recruiting top talent for our National Sales teams
• Utilize Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage the best tools, including Lever ATS, to source and select the right candidates
• Assess and Engage Applicants: Brief junior sales applicants nationwide on the opportunity to join our team
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and confirm group and individual interviews, ensuring smooth attendance
• Maintain Communication: Regularly update hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process
• Ensure Compliance: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidate compliance
• Celebrate Successes: Congratulate successful candidates and manage their onboarding arrangements
• Innovate in Recruitment: Develop creative and effective employment advertising and innovative talent sourcing strategies

What you Bring:

• Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition, call centre role OR a background in B2C, field, direct, or telesales with an interest in recruitment
• Tech-Savvy: Worked with google sheets
• Skills: Confidence, drive, resilience, and excellent communication abilities
• Ownership: A strong sense of responsibility, ensuring you meet the recruitment needs of your managers
• Proactive: High attention to detail and a proactive approach to securing hires

Important Location Information

This is an onsite position, Monday to Friday, based at our Byron Bay Head Office in the industrial estate.

Please only apply if you are already living in the Northern Rivers and can reliably work from our Byron Bay office each day.
