The Opportunity

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable business insights. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will lead the design, development and delivery of advanced reporting, dashboards, predictive analytics and data models that support strategic and operational decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong data professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving complex business problems and influencing outcomes through data.

You will be responsible for:

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities
• Gather, cleanse, transform and wrangle data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain analytical reports, dashboards and visualisations, including Power BI solutions
• Support data quality, validation, reconciliation and data governance activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and communicate insights clearly
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting efficiency and analytical capability

About You

You are an experienced, data analytics professional with strong technical capabilities and a passion for delivering meaningful business outcomes. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and can translate complex data requirements into practical reporting and analytical solutions.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience in data analysis, data preparation and data wrangling
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Experience cleansing, transforming, joining and validating data from multiple sources
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful insights
• Experience developing reporting and visualisation solutions, with exposure to Power BI
• Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query M, ERD concepts and dimensional modelling
• Experience supporting data quality, governance, reconciliation or financial analysis activities
