About the role

As RGM Manager – Endeavour Group, Coles Liquor & Promotions, you will play a critical role in shaping commercial decisions and driving revenue and margin performance across two of our most strategic customer partnerships.

In this role, you will be the primary RGM business partner for our Commercial teams managing Endeavour Group and Coles Liquor, translating the ANZ RGM strategy into practical customer plans that unlock growth opportunities and improve commercial outcomes. You will also lead the Promotions Centre of Excellence, driving best‑practice promotional planning, governance, and capability across the ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Act as the lead RGM business partner for Endeavour Group and Coles Liquor, identifying and delivering revenue and margin growth opportunities across both customer portfolios.
• Support annual planning, customer strategy, Joint Business Planning and in‑year commercial decisions with clear, insight‑led recommendations.
• Lead the ANZ Promotions Centre of Excellence, owning the frameworks, governance, tools and performance measures required to embed best practice across the business.
• Diagnose and prioritise customer opportunities using customer, market, shopper and financial data across pricing, promotions, trade investment and portfolio mix.
• Define promotional strategy principles covering promotional role, mechanics, depth, frequency, duration, display and calendar choices.
• Standardise promotional incrementality, breakeven and ROI methodologies and embed consistent pre‑event evaluation and post‑event review processes.
• Translate promotional analysis into practical recommendations, including where to stop, redesign or reinvest activity to improve effectiveness and efficiency.li>
• Partner with Sales, Category, Finance and Marketing to shape customer plans, promotional calendars and investment choices and deliver agreed actions.
• Develop reporting that tracks promotional investment, depth, incremental volume, ROI and value delivery at customer, brand and SKU level.
• Build stakeholder capability, support promotional governance and lead continuous improvement across both customer portfolios and the ANZ promotions agenda.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years’ FMCG or alcoholic beverages experience across RGM, Commercial Finance, Category, Sales or Customer Strategy.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify revenue drivers, trends and opportunities.
• Experience developing pricing recommendations and supporting demand forecasts.
• Commercial acumen and a clear understanding of revenue and profitability levers.
• Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning and Production stakeholders.
• Experience using revenue management, reporting or analytical tools, with a strong focus on data integrity.
