Product Manager Retail- Deposits

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Product Manager to join our Retail Banking Product team and help shape the future of our Deposits portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of deposit products across both BOQ, ME and Virgin Money Australia brands.

You'll play a key role in driving portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities and delivering product enhancements that create great customer outcomes while supporting commercial success.

Working across a broad range of stakeholders including Marketing, Digital, Customer Experience, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Legal, you will lead initiatives from concept through to delivery, ensuring products remain competitive, compliant and aligned to our strategy.

You'll utilize data, market insights and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation, simplification and growth while helping to deliver a seamless banking experience for our customers.

About You

You are an experienced Product Manager or Portfolio Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You enjoy working in fast-paced environments, using data and insights to make informed decisions and drive meaningful results.

You bring experience managing products or portfolios within financial services and have successfully delivered initiatives from development through to implementation.

Your ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and navigate complex environments enables you to deliver outcomes that balance customer needs, commercial objectives and regulatory requirements.

You are highly analytical, naturally curious and comfortable working with performance metrics, reporting and market insights. Alongside your technical and commercial capability, you're known for your attention to detail, collaborative approach and ability to solve problems with confidence and pragmatism.

Most importantly, you're passionate about continuous improvement, enjoy challenging the status quo and thrive in environments where innovation, customer focus and teamwork are valued.
