National Sales Manager- Agricultural Equipment

Established in 1964, Guidolin Agrimac Australia Pty Ltd is a proudly family-owned Australian business specialising in agricultural spraying equipment, machinery and spray components. Based in Griffith NSW, we supply customers and dealers throughout Australia and New Zealand and proudly design and manufacture our own Ideal range of custom-built agricultural sprayers and spraying equipment.

About the role

You'll be responsible for growing sales of Ideal sprayers, spraying equipment and agricultural machinery across Australia, while developing strong relationships with customers, dealers and key industry contacts. Working closely with management, technical and marketing teams, you'll identify new opportunities, support the dealer network and help build the Ideal brand nationally.

Key responsibilities

Developing and implementing national sales and marketing strategies to grow sales

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, corporate clients and dealers

Developing new markets, customers and dealer opportunities

Conducting customer visits, product demonstrations, field days and industry events

Preparing quotations and product proposals

Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities

Representing Guidolin Agrimac Australia nationally and travelling as required

About you

Prior experience selling agricultural sprayers, farm machinery or related equipment will be highly regarded

A genuine understanding of farming, agricultural machinery and the Australian agricultural market

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational and computer skills

Willingness to travel both locally and nationally
