• Perform detailed drilling analysis including offset well review, lithology interpretation, and parameter optimization
• Select and design drill bits (PDC and/or roller cone) aligned with application requirements
• Conduct dull grading analysis and post-run evaluations to drive continuous improvement
• Generate technical reports, run summaries, and benchmarking comparisons
• Ensure compliance with NOV engineering standards and customer specifications
• Collaboration and relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline is highly regarded
• 8+ years of experience in drilling, drill bits, or oilfield services
• Experience working with drill bit selection, design, or field applications
• Background in technical sales, applications engineering, or field engineering
• Strong understanding of drilling environments (offshore, deepwater, or land) is highly regarded
