THE OPPORTUNITY

\n

We're looking for an experienced Brand Art Director to lead our Creative team and own the end-to-end creation and delivery of DECJUBA's brand imagery. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in protecting and elevating our brand DNA, translating creative concepts into compelling imagery across every customer touchpoint and ensuring our visual identity continues to evolve with impact.

This is a highly collaborative creative environment where ideas are challenged, refined and elevated through ongoing feedback. You'll be confident in your creative point of view while remaining curious, open to fresh thinking and comfortable exploring alternative ideas to achieve the strongest possible outcome for the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end creation and delivery of seasonally relevant brand imagery across all DECJUBA brands - DECJUBA Women's, D-LUXE and DECJUBA Kids
\n
• Identify and develop on-brand art direction concepts, talent and creative approaches that protect and elevate the DECJUBA brand DNA.
\n
• Provide hands-on art direction across photoshoots, ensuring imagery consistently delivers against the creative vision, Style Guide and marketing brief.
\n
• Oversee the photoshoot calendar and budget, accurately forecasting annual spend and tracking performance against budget throughout the year.
\n
• Manage the complete pre and post-production process, including sample handover, outfit styling, final shot selection and asset delivery across Graphic Design, Marketing and eCommerce.
\n
• Establish and evolve brand and category photography guidelines across art direction, props, mood, poses, lighting, talent and styling.
\n
• Develop upstream creative concepts for new product categories and ensure photography remains relevant, elevated and aligned to the brand.
\n
• Partner with Channel Marketing to develop clear, on-brand art direction and styling guidelines for influencer and content creator activity.
\n
• Lead the Creative team through effective workload management, delegation, coaching and quality assurance to deliver consistently high-quality output.

• Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Graphic Design, while identifying processes and efficiencies that support a growing, fast-paced business.

ABOUT YOU

\n

\n
• 8+ years' experience in art direction and styling, ideally within fashion, retail or a highly visual consumer brand.
\n
• Proven experience leading and developing a creative team within a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
\n
• A highly creative and innovative thinker with a strong understanding of brand, fashion marketing, industry trends and what creates impactful imagery.
\n
• Strong photography knowledge and technical expertise, with proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
\n
• Exceptional organisation, time management and attention to detail, with the ability to oversee complex production schedules and budgets.
\n
• A strong communicator and relationship builder who thrives on collaborating with a broad range of creative and commercial stakeholders.
\n
• Curious, agile and resilient with a growth mindset. You're open to new ideas, alternate perspectives and ongoing creative feedback, with the confidence and intellectual humility to continually evolve the work.
