About the Role

\n

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre while playing a key role in business growth, sales, customer retention, staff leadership, and community engagement.

\n

You'll work closely with ownership to help scale the business, improve systems, increase memberships, and create an industry-leading recovery and wellness experience.

\n

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
\n
• Drive membership growth, sales, retention, and community engagement
\n
• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth centre performance
\n
• Oversee staff rostering, training, and accountability
\n
• Build relationships with local gyms, sporting clubs, businesses, and wellness communities
\n
• Handle customer enquiries, escalations, and member satisfaction
\n
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational efficiencies
\n
• Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and events
\n
• Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards across the facility
\n
• Create a positive, energetic, and high-performing culture
\n

About You

Desired Experience

\n

• Previous customer service, sales or leadership experience
\n
• Experience in wellness, fitness or customer service industries
\n
• Strong sales and business development mindset
\n
• Experience using Mindbody software is highly regarded (common in pilates, yoga, wellness business set ups)
\n
• Social media and community engagement experience is an advantage
\n
