About the opportunity
\n Our Bar and Gaming team plays a central role in creating the Wests experience. We’re currently seeking a full-time team member to join the team at Wests New Lambton and help deliver exceptional service to our members and guests.
\n
\n You’ll be part of a team that keeps our indoor and outdoor spaces, including designated smoking zones, welcoming, safe, and enjoyable – from assisting with service and enquiries, through to ensuring our venues remain clean and inviting.
\n
\n Here’s what you will be doing:

\n
You will need to be available across a rotating roster, including Friday nights, weekends, and busy peak times like summer and holiday periods. These are our busiest seasons, so being part of the action is key.
\n
Mandatory certifications: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG).
\n
\n As part of our recruitment process, you’ll need to complete standard probity checks including, but not limited to, right-to-work verification, Criminal History Check, and reference checks. These will be facilitated and funded by The Wests Group.
