Do you enjoy variety in your day and love meeting new people? We are looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Doncaster clinic. This is a part-time position working four days per week.
The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our patients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and contribute to an exceptional patient experience at every visit.

Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.
Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.
Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.
Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.
1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.
Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
