Analytics Enablement Expert

What You'll Do

Analyse and integrate data from multiple sources to measure campaign performance, customer engagement and communication effectiveness.

Work on innovative in-house solutions to complex, high-value business problems, saving time and costs for the business.

Perform complex data wrangling, cleansing and transformation to deliver accurate, reliable and actionable insights.

Develop dashboards and data visualisations that bring data to life and help stakeholders understand performance trends and opportunities.

liaise with Product Owners, Marketing teams and senior stakeholders, gathering information about operational challenges and pain-points, develop products and solutions to improve and enhance ways of working, present insights and recommendations, clearly communicating how campaigns are performing.

Use statistical analysis to advise on campaign strategy, targeting and communication parameters, including recommendations on why initiatives should or should not proceed.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in data analytics roles supporting campaigns, marketing, customer communications or CRM environments.
• Advanced SQL skills, strong Tableau (or similar visualisation tool) experience, and proficiency in Python, R or another scripting language.
• Prior experience with scripting in R, Python, Bash, etc.
• Any experience with DevOps, version control tools and dimensional modelling.
• Excellent technical capability in data wrangling, analysis and working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate findings into practical commercial recommendations and influence decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across Product, Marketing and business teams to deliver data-driven outcomes.
