Restaurant Bar Supervisor

As Restaurant Bar Supervisor, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant bar within one of Queensland's premier hospitality and entertainment destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant bar
• Coaching and motivating a passionate team
• Delivering exceptional service and guest experiences
• Maintaining high presentation, service and operational standards
• Assisting with beverage initiatives, promotions and seasonal offerings
• Working closely with restaurant and venue leaders to ensure smooth service

About you

• Previous experience in a Bar Supervisor or similar leadership role
• A passion for hospitality, food, beverages and guest experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
