As Venue Leader, you'll shape the team culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and make the venue a place the local community genuinely loves.

What you'll be doing:

• Be the driving force of the venue: visible, engaged, and leading from the front every shift.
\n
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that match the pace and energy of Erina Fair.
\n
• Coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time.
\n
• Build a strong, accountable, and positive team culture with an open-door approach.
\n
• Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, presentation, and food safety.
\n
• Manage stock, ordering, deliveries, invoicing, and all venue admin and reporting.
\n
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing team members.
\n
• Handle peak trade with confidence, from school holidays and weekend rushes to shopping centre peak periods.
\n
• Manage rostering, breaks, and performance in line with Yo-Chi standards.
\n
• Keep the venue safe, secure, and compliant with all WHS and food safety requirements.
\n
• Build real connections with the local Erina and Central Coast community through engagement and activations.
\n

• A confident, experienced leader who loves being in the action and understands what great hospitality feels like.

• Commercially aware, with a track record of hitting targets and managing stock and costs.
\n
• A natural coach who lifts performance and holds high standards.
\n
• Comfortable leading a busy, high-volume venue inside a major shopping centre.
\n
• People focused, with a genuine love for hospitality and creating great experiences.
