VENTORA Glass operates one of the most advanced and environmentally friendly glass processing facilities in the world. With manufacturing operations across Queensland and Victoria, we support leading building products brands and a growing customer base throughout Australia.

We're looking for a driven Account Manager to service the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions, building strong customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

About the Role

This is a predominantly field-based role where you'll manage an existing customer portfolio while actively developing new business across the region.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will:

• Grow sales revenue, margin, product mix and market share
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service
• Identify market trends, opportunities and emerging customer needs
• Manage customer activity through sales databases and reporting tools
• Deliver accurate forecasts and sales reports
• Execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets

About You

You are a motivated sales professional with a proven track record of driving results and building long-term customer relationships.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience in sales within glass, windows or building products
• Strong business development and account management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering solutions
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A results-driven mindset focused on achieving KPIs
