Product Sales Manager, SPR

Drive growth across ANZ as a Technical Sales Manager, Stock Preparation. You will work closely with mills across Australia and New Zealand, helping customers improve performance through innovative stock preparation solutions. You will combine technical expertise with solution selling, build long-term customer relationships, and play a key role in developing new business opportunities. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on customer success while contributing to sustainable industrial operations.

Key responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers across the ANZ market

Identify customer needs and recommend stock preparation solutions, including refining, screening, cleaning, fiber recovery, and pulp handling technologies

Prepare technical-commercial proposals, system configurations, and cost estimates that align with customer requirements and business objectives

Negotiate commercial terms, manage the sales process, and close capital equipment and solution-selling opportunities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence that support business growth and customer value

About you

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Technology, or a related technical field

5-8 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or product management within stock preparation systems, pulp and paper machinery, or industrial process equipment

Strong understanding of stock preparation processes and ability to interpret P&IDs, layout drawings, technical specifications, and develop technical proposals

Demonstrated success in solution selling, capital equipment sales, customer account planning, and commercial negotiations

Willing to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand (50-70%)
