Your next career opportunity:

You will lead hands-on recruitment and conversion activities for Business Education and Law programs.
You will build relationships with future students and partners, delivering impactful events, campaigns and tailored advice.
You will help shape diverse cohorts and contribute directly to the University’s Student Acquisition Plan.

What you will deliver:

Support implementation and monitoring of divisional recruitment and admissions plans to achieve student load targets.

Deliver recruitment events, presentations, school visits and online webinars, aligned with divisional and University-wide campaigns.

Provide tailored advice and responsive enquiry management for prospective students, families, agents and partners across key markets.

Collaborate with marketing, admissions and offshore recruitment colleagues to improve processes, systems and future student experience.

Track and report enquiry trends, contributing insights that inform planning, service levels and continuous improvement initiatives.

You may be a great fit if you:

Hold tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in recruitment, marketing, events or a related field.

Demonstrate experience coordinating events and outreach activities, ideally within education or a complex service environment.

Deliver high-quality customer service in fast-paced, front-line settings, managing multiple priorities with composure.

Communicate clearly with diverse audiences, adapting messages for students, families, academics and external partners.

Build collaborative relationships across teams and influence stakeholders to achieve shared recruitment objectives.

Bring experience in student recruitment or international education, and possibly proficiency in another language.

You will join Student and Scholarly Services within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) Portfolio, supporting Future Students activity for the Faculty of Business and Economics, Faculty of Education and Melbourne Law School. The team partners with faculties, marketing and admissions to design integrated recruitment strategies and exceptional prospective student experiences. You will work in a collaborative, forward-looking environment that values innovation and service excellence. You will gain exposure to domestic and international markets and a broad network of colleagues.
