We're looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead strategic customer partnerships across our Independent Grocery Multi-Site Operator (MSO) portfolio, managing the Drakes & Foodland groups across South Australia. Based in Adelaide, this is an exciting opportunity to influence category growth, shape customer strategy, and drive performance across one of our most important growth channels.

What You'll Do

\n
• Own and grow a portfolio of Independent Grocery customers to deliver commercial and category growth outcomes.
\n
• Develop customer plans across pricing, promotions, ranging and activation initiatives.
\n
• Build trusted partnerships and position Mars Petcare as a valued category partner.
\n
• Use insights and performance data to identify opportunities and optimise investment
\n
• Partner closely with field teams to bring customer strategy to life in store.
\n
• Lead range reviews, innovation launches and execution excellence across your portfolio.
\n

What You'll Bring

\n

\n
• Account Management experience within FMCG, Grocery or Consumer Goods - or strong field sales experience with commercial exposure.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and influence outcomes.
\n
• Strong commercial, selling and negotiation capability.
\n
• Understanding of trade investment and category-led decision making.
\n
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
\n
• Commerce or Business qualification preferred.
\n
