About the Role

\n

Join our team as an Associate Unit Manager and help lead a skilled nursing team. You'll support daily unit operations, champion quality care, build team capability and help drive positive practice change.

• Lead day to day unit operations and care delivery
\n
• Build staff capability, performance and team culture
\n
• Drive practice change, quality and safe care
\n
• Manage rosters, leave, staffing, resources and supplies
\n
• Support recruitment, guide staff and build strong partnerships
\n

About You

\n

To thrive in this role, you'll bring the right registration, experience and a collaborative approach.

\n

\n
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
\n
• Demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice
\n
• Experience guiding and supporting less experienced staff
\n
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
\n
• Knowledge of nursing standards, quality and health legislation
\n
