About the Role

\n

As General Manager, you will oversee the day‐to‐day operations and broader strategic direction of the Australian business – spanning manufacturing, supply chain, commercial development, quality compliance, product delivery, and team leadership. Working closely with our Executive team, you'll take ownership of the Australian operations and play a pivotal role in scaling the business nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Commercial Leadership

• Lead and implement business strategy across operations, product, sales, and brand.
\n
• Define and execute the commercial, operational, and innovation roadmap.
\n
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
\n
• Drive business performance through data‐led decision making.
\n

Operations & Compliance

\n

\n
• Oversee logistics, supply, and inventory operations to ensure service excellence.
\n
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing to identify and launch innovative, market‐relevant products.
\n
• Manage key partnerships with suppliers, wholesalers, pharmacies, and regulatory bodies.
\n
• Oversee the development, management, and forecasting of budgets to ensure financial performance aligns with strategic objectives.
\n
• Work closely with the Quality and Regulatory team to ensure strong GMP and TGA compliance.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement to optimise processes, cost‐efficiency, and product quality.

About You

\n

We're looking for a results‐driven, detail‐orientated leader who thrives in fast‐paced, regulated environments and brings a blend of strategic vision and hands‐on operational expertise.

You will have:

• 10+ years' leadership experience.
\n
• Proven success leading businesses or divisions through growth or transformation.
\n
• Deep knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and product development life cycles.
\n
• Strong commercial track record including sales team leadership and market strategy execution.
\n
• Experience with high regulatory environments.
\n
• A firm but collaborative leadership style – able to make the tough calls when needed.
\n
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
\n

• A relevant degree in commerce, business, marketing, or life sciences.
