The Opportunity The Property & Planning Advisor plays a central role in shaping the future of ARV’s alpine resorts. This dynamic position supports planning, leasing, land management and compliance activities across three unique mountain environments—each with its own challenges, opportunities and community. You’ll assess applications, coordinate projects, prepare high‑quality advice and reports, and work closely with resort leadership, councils, leaseholders and government stakeholders. Your work will directly influence sustainable development, operational consistency and the protection of Victoria’s alpine landscapes. If you’re a proactive problem‑solver with strong judgement, excellent communication skills and a passion for land management and planning, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
$97,955 – $111,142 + superannuation
Hybrid – Mt Hotham / Mt Baw Baw / Lake Mountain / Resort Offices / Remote
