About The Role

As Venue Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in the launch and ongoing success of our new Toowoomba venue. Working alongside and experienced Venue General Manager, you'll lead from the front, build an incredible team and help create a venue that becomes a go to destination for the local community.

\n

This is a hands on leadership role where you'll be right in the action. You'll coach and develop your team. drive exceptional guest experience and help deliver strong venue performance, all while having the support and guidance of your Venue General Manager to continue developing your own leadership and commercial skills.

From building your team and celebrating the wins to navigating the challenges that come with a new venue, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark while being surrounded by leaders who are invested in your growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead from the front - set the standard for your team and deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift.
\n
• Build and develop your team - recruit, onboard, coach and inspire a team that brings the Chi every day.
\n
• Create an incredible culture - build a connected, engaged team where people enjoy coming to work and can grow.
\n
• Drive venue performance - work alongside your Venue General Manager to achieve sales, labour, COGS and other commercial targets.
\n
• Own the shift - take the lead on day-to-day venue operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
\n
• Champion exceptional standards - maintain outstanding product quality, food safety, cleanliness, presentation and guest experience.
\n
• Grow your leadership - work closely with your Venue General Manager to strengthen your commercial, operational and people leadership skills.
\n
• Lead with accountability - take ownership, solve problems and continually look for ways to raise the bar.
\n

What we're looking for:

• Proven leadership experience within hospitality, retail, or QSR environments.
\n
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high performing teams.
\n
• A genuine passion for people leadership and creating great team cultures.
\n
• Strong understanding of venue performance, including labour management, COGS, and sales.
\n
• Confidence managing day-to-day operations, stock, administration and compliance.
\n
• A natural people leader who leads from the front and brings energy to every shift.
\n
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
\n
• Proactive, resilient, and always looking for ways to improve.
\n
• Available across a Monday to Sunday rotating roster, including a mix of day and night shifts.
\n
• Ambitious to grow and develop your career within hospitality.
