The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for the customer satisfaction of inbound calls and the telephone communication of web-based quote request enquiries with the view to qualification of the call, the securing of a pre-move inspection, quotation and follow up to a point of closing the sale and handing over to Operational teams for execution. You may be required to carry out virtual surveys and inspections to enable a cross functional service within the organisation.
