EMP Onsite is a national provider of injury prevention, onsite physiotherapy, vocational rehabilitation, and workplace health services.
We partner with some of Australia's largest organisations, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sealy, and other major logistics and industrial employers, to deliver evidence based, data driven programs that reduce injury risk and improve workforce health.

Early Intervention & Onsite Treatment
Provide evidence based, hands on treatment, identify early symptoms, and guide workers toward fast, sustainable recovery.
Current role 12 - 20 hours/week
Campbellfield, Sunshine, Derrimut & Tullamarine Areas
Injury Prevention Program Delivery
Run EMP's proven, data driven injury prevention program, including:
Return to Work Support
Use clinical reasoning to support safe and sustainable RTW and collaborate with supervisors on suitable duties.
Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate with workers, supervisors, and site leaders to influence safer work practices and present key injury prevention messages
Program Implementation & Reporting
Ensure consistent delivery of onsite initiatives and provide regular updates to the allocated Manager
