Suncorp is looking for a CTP Scheme Product Officer to work within a high performing team to execute on Statutory Classes strategic priorities of driving growth through all distribution channels. Focusing on delivering Scheme obligations, tailored customer experiences and data integrity.

This is a permanent role

\n

working full-time hours Monday through Friday in our Brisbane office. This role is based in the office with ongoing training provided.

What You'll Do

\n

The core focus of this role will be to ensure a consistent approach to data quality across all schemes to support regulatory reporting and the management of data exchange across each of the privatised CTP schemes.

\n

• Maintain ongoing data integrity of policies
\n
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues
\n
• Analyse information across multiple systems
\n
• Contribute to continuous improvements by identifying process enhancements
\n
• Support Commercial and Direct Customer Solutions Team in customer interactions
\n
• Train and onboard new staff through high level CTP knowledge
\n
• Work closely with the CTP team members to ensure that all relevant issues are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner
\n

What You'll Bring

• Exemplary customer service knowledge (phone and email queries)
\n
• Experience in the Insurance industry or financial services
\n
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
\n
• Strong presentation skills
\n
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
\n
• The ability to seek out information and break down problems and situations to reach a viable solution
\n
• The ability to manage and interpret information from multiple sources and levels ensuring accuracy in all aspects of a job.
