Sales Administrator

The Bulbeck Group is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a critical administrative role that will support our sales operations and ensure seamless communication between our sales team, clients, and internal departments. Based in Mayfield West, this position is essential to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. You will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard whilst supporting our sales team to focus on client relationships and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and customer sales support.

Processing sales orders, quotations, and invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail

Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems to ensure all client information is current and accessible

Liaising between clients, the sales team, and other departments to facilitate smooth transaction processing

Handling customer enquiries and providing administrative support with professionalism and courtesy

Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses to clients and internal stakeholders

Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials as required

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales administration activities.

Coordinating the "Rag Run" and associated orders.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales administration or client administration role, preferably within a similar industry or fast-paced business environment

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience with CRM systems and customer databases, with the ability to learn new software quickly

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling financial data, invoicing, and customer records

A professional and customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service

Problem-solving ability and initiative to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Reliable, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement

Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle accounts-related tasks with confidence
