About the Role

We are seeking casual Customer Service Officers to join our energeticand friendly Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager - Client Services, you will besupporting a variety of customers across Australia requiring EAP assistance. Wepride ourselves on providing high-quality mental health services and we knowthat our customer service team is the core of our success.

You will have a genuine passion for customer service and enjoy problemsolving and take ownership of enquiries.You willappreciate working with a variety of customers, from many industries, and havean interest in building a career in a unique customer service environmentwithin a national EAP organisation.

Workdays: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Start Date:19th of October 2026

Requirement to be available for 3-week,full-time training from19th of October 2026

Must be available for a minimum of 20hours per week

Responsibilitiesinclude

Understanding the needs of the client orcustomer and respond to queries on a case-by-case basis

Triaging incoming queries, intake activitiesand appointment scheduling

Complete Administration support in theOperations team, following all prescribed guidelines and procedures

We’re looking fora motivated self-starter who can demonstrate

Ability to work under pressure in afast-paced, flexible environment and be able to multi-task across differentsystems

Tech savviness, and has the desire to learnnew systems and strong administration skills

Strong attention to detail with high levelsof attention to detail and resourcefulness

High levels of empathy and care forcustomers, with a solutions-focused approach in handling customer queries
