Are you an experienced early childhood educator ready to take the next step in your career? Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and confident Room Leader to join our team at Tarneit Sayers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator who can create a welcoming, engaging and well-organised room environment while supporting and mentoring a team of educators.

About the Role

As our Room Leader for the Toddler 2–3 years room, you will play a key role in creating a high-quality learning environment where every child feels supported, valued and encouraged to thrive.

• Leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the room
• Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Developing strong relationships with children, families and your team
• Supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviours
• Coaching and mentoring educators to build confidence and capability
• Working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain high-quality outcomes
• Supporting the development and implementation of engaging programs based on children's interests and individual needs
• Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming room environment
• Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations

About You

We're looking for an experienced and confident educator who is ready to lead from the front. You will ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience in early childhood education
• Previous Room Leader or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
• Experience supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviours
• The ability to create and maintain a strong room environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing other educators
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
