Good Nature Hotel is looking for a Casual Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. Recently transformed and reopened in the heart of Federation Square, Good Nature is a fresh take on the city pub, with a large beer garden, modern pub dining, live sport, events and a menu featuring seasonal dishes, share plates, premium grills and pub classics. With the venue positioned right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD and close to Flinders Street Station, the MCG and major event precincts, there’s plenty happening around the venue and lots of opportunity to be part of a busy kitchen team.
The Role As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and help deliver quality food across busy lunch, dinner, event and game-day services.
