Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Synopsis

Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys coordinating recruitment processes and creating a positive candidate experience? Land Services SA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our in-house People and Culture team. Reporting to the People and Culture Business Partner, this role will support efficient, professional and candidate-focused recruitment and selection processes across LSSA. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates and the broader People and Culture team to support recruitment coordination, onboarding administration and a range of employee lifecycle activities.

About The Role

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a smooth and consistent recruitment experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing and posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates, supporting hiring managers, preparing recruitment documentation and assisting with onboarding and commencement administration.

You will also provide broader People and Culture administration support, including maintaining HR records and systems, supporting employee movements, assisting with reporting and compliance activities, coordinating training requirements, and contributing to reward and recognition initiatives and employee events.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration or a similar people-focused administrative role.
• Strong administration, communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• A positive and professional approach to candidate care, hiring manager support and stakeholder communication.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and HR, recruitment, database or online systems.
• A collaborative, service-focused approach and a willingness to contribute to broader People and Culture initiatives.
