With a well-established People & Culture function, you will join a collaborative team committed to delivering meaningful people initiatives across the organisation.
As the OD Manager, you will play an important role in delivering key organisational development, talent and capability priorities across the business. A major focus of the role will be leading a significant frontline capability program. You will take ownership of the program through assessment, resource mobilisation and site readiness, ensuring there is a clear plan, strong governance and continued momentum through to implementation. Alongside this, you will contribute to broader organisational development priorities, with a particular focus on talent reviews and leadership development.
You will be an experienced Organisational Development professional with a strong background across talent, learning and capability, coupled with demonstrated experience delivering complex people programs. A confident relationship builder, you can influence senior leaders while working closely with operational and site-based teams to turn plans into action. You will bring strong project management skills and experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders and dependencies. Exposure to multi-site capability or workforce initiatives within FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or a similarly operational environment will be highly regarded.
