What you will do? \n

\n

\n

\n

\n
• Assist with developing and planning all marine and land-based activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, island tours, and cultural experiences
\n
• Ensure the safety and well-being of team members and guests by enforcing safety regulations and maintaining well-functioning equipment and facilities
\n
• Help with hiring, training, and supervising team members for marine and tourism activities, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional guest experiences
\n
• Assist with coordinating all tourism activities, ensuring smooth operation and guest satisfaction
\n
• Support departmental budgets and implement marketing strategies to promote activities and achieve revenue targets

More about you \n

\n

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in t ourism, h ospitality, m arine science, or a related field
\n
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, assisting with activities in a hospitality or tourism setting
\n
• Strong leadership skills and in - depth knowledge of marine and tourism activities, including safety regulations and protocols
\n
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service
\n
• Certification in relevant marine and tourism activities, such as PADI Dive Master or Instructor, Coxswain Grade 1 or higher, First Aid and CPR, Manuel Drivers Licence , and other relevant certifications
\n
