About the Role \n

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and service-focused Bartender to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment, preparing high‑quality beverages and engaging with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities \n

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with consistency.
\n
• Assist with daily stock management and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
\n
• Provide expert beverage recommendations and naturally drive sales through guest engagement.
\n
• Support restaurant operations and work collaboratively with the floor team.
\n
• Follow bar opening and closing procedures, including stock management and batching.
\n
• Maintain a calm and professional attitude during high‑pressure services.
\n

Requirements \n

\n
• Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment.
\n
• Strong cocktail‑making skills and broad beverage knowledge.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, guest‑focused attitude.
\n
• High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management.
\n
• A current NSW RSA certificate.
\n
• Availability to work a mix of evening and weekend shifts is essential.
\n
• Experience with Lebanese or Middle Eastern flavours is advantageous but not essential.
