How You'll Make an Impact \n

• Lead with Impact : Elevate team performance to exceed KPIs while identifying refined opportunities to enhance revenue. Guide the clinic’s daily operations including managing rosters, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high clinical standards.

• Creating Empowering Transformations : Deliver results-driven aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, peels, masks, and Fractional RF, leaving clients feeling confident.

What You'll Bring to the Team \n

• A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).

• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset. Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others success.

• The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.
