As the Boutique Manager, you will be empowering, enchanting and storytelling focused to lead your team of honeys towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guide best practice customer service, and encouraging of each honey’s individual characteristics. To be successful in this role, you will possess the ability to be an exceptional communicator, knowledgeable on all the tips & tricks to build your team into a confident collaborative hive and drive positive red-carpet experiences for all honeys (and/or their partners) visiting Honey Birdette - ensuring they never fall short of product to fulfil their honey b needs. xx This role reports into the respective Area Manager.
