With strong momentum in Queensland's transport sector,we'reseeking an experienced leader to elevate our Roads & Highways capability, strengthen our client relationships, and drive strategic growth.

\n

Based in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, or the Gold Coast, you will play a pivotal role in our QLD leadership team, supported by a high-performing Southeast Queensland network and connecting local delivery with global expertise.

You will:

\n

\n
• Lead the growth,performanceand delivery of our Roads & Highways portfolio in Queensland
\n
• Strengthen and expand trusted relationships with the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and key partners
\n
• Develop and execute market strategies aligned with regional and national priorities
\n
• Provide visible, values-led leadership aligned to Mott MacDonald's PRIDE values
\n
• Drive collaboration across disciplines to deliver innovative, optimised engineering outcomes
\n
• Ensure the successful delivery of complex transport programs across multiple delivery frameworks, including design-only, design and construct, and alliancing
\n
• Build and mentor a high-performing, engaged team.

About You

\n

You are a strategic, client-focused leader with deep experience in the Queensland transport marketand y ou will bring:

\n

\n
• A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
\n
• RPEQ, Chartered, or equivalent professional accreditation
\n
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering major roads and highways projects in Queensland
\n
• Strong,establishedrelationships with TMR and/or local government
\n
• A track recordof growing client relationships and winning work
\n
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
\n
